What Property Managers
Actually Say
Every testimonial below represents an ongoing fleet partnership — not a one-time job. These are the people who call us before the photographer arrives.
"Turf handles 47 properties across our Doral portfolio. Response time is same-day, and the edging on every curb line looks machine-drawn. Our residents stopped complaining about the lawns entirely."

Irrigation in a
Summer Restriction Zone
Miami-Dade's water restriction calendar runs May through October. Commercial properties on non-compliant schedules face fines of $250 per violation. Turf manages the calendar so you don't have to.
Water Before 10 AM
Miami-Dade restricts irrigation to two assigned days per week. Scheduling before 10 AM reduces evaporation loss by up to 40% vs. midday cycles.
Cycle and Soak Method
Run each zone for 8 minutes, pause 30 minutes, repeat. Clay-heavy soils absorb more efficiently in short cycles — prevents runoff into storm drains.
Rain Sensor Compliance
Florida law requires rain shutoff sensors on all commercial systems. Turf inspects and calibrates sensors on every property quarterly.

Chinch Bug
Identification Timeline
Southern chinch bugs are the #1 destroyer of St. Augustine lawns in South Florida. The window between spotting damage and losing sod is 14 days. Here's what you're watching for.
Day 1
Yellow patches appear in high-sun zones — often mistaken for drought stress.
Day 3–5
Patches expand 2–3 inches daily. Chinch bugs migrate outward from the center.
Day 7
Grass blades turn brown. At this stage, the center patch is unrecoverable without sod.
Day 14
Without treatment, a 2-sq-ft spot becomes a 40-sq-ft dead zone.
Day 2 (Turf)
Treatment applied. Bifenthrin perimeter barrier stops migration. Re-inspection at Day 7.
